›I already message my members on WhatsApp myself. Why do I need this?
You message the members you remember, when you have time. Actraxa watches every member's visit pattern and credit balance daily, and reaches the ones who are quietly fading, the ones nobody remembers until they're gone. Consistency is the product, and it's the part no busy front desk can do by hand.
›Do my members need to install an app?
No. Members scan the QR at the front desk and they're checked in on the spot — the first visit asks for their phone number once, and every visit after is a single scan. Nothing to install, no passwords, no adoption battle.
›Do I need a special WhatsApp account?
Yes, a WhatsApp Business account. If your business already uses the WhatsApp Business app, you can usually keep that number; otherwise bring a fresh SIM for a new one. We connect it with you in a short guided step on your setup day, and messages can usually go out the same day.
›Will the messages sound like a robot to my members?
No. Messages go out from your gym's own WhatsApp number, in wording you approve, in the language you choose to write. Quiet hours, daily limits, and instant opt-out are built in, so nobody gets spammed. Your members just hear from their gym at the right moments.
›How much work is setup?
About a day, done with you. We bring in your member list, set up your packs and memberships, connect your WhatsApp, and put up the check-in QR. You can keep your current system running alongside until you trust Actraxa, which means recording sales in both for a while. The one new habit is members scanning in at the desk, and we help you build it.
›What if I want to stop?
Then you stop. No long contract, your data stays yours and exports on request — leaving is undramatic. That includes founding partners: the 12-month founding lock is on your price, not on you. Prepaid the year and changed your mind? Months you used are billed at your monthly rate and the rest is refunded.
›How much does it cost?
Pricing is sized to your member count — a small boutique pays a small boutique's price. Studios with 60+ members get the 90-day guarantee, which starts once check-in adoption reaches the target we agree at setup; below that, a simple 30-day money-back — and the moment you cross 60, the 90-day guarantee attaches automatically. For most studios it works out to less than losing one member a month, far below an agency retainer, and founding partners get a locked rate, below.
›How does pricing work for physio clinics?
Clinics are priced by active patients — anyone seen or contacted in the last 60 days. Your old files never count, and after two months the count comes from what we actually see, not your paperwork. (The guarantee's “40+ patients on packages” is a different number — money on the table, not patients served.)
