This page explains how to have personal data deleted from Actraxa, depending on who you are. In Personal Data Protection Act 2010 terms: your gym or clinic is the data user responsible for your data; Actraxa processes it on the business's behalf.

If you are a member or patient of a business using Actraxa

Your gym or clinic controls your data — ask them first (front desk, owner, or however you normally reach them). When your business asks Actraxa to delete your record, deletion is complete and audited: your profile, visit history, messages, bookings, assessments, and everything else about you is removed from our systems in a single logged operation. We keep only a proof-of-deletion record that contains no personal data.

Want messages to stop but stay a member? Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message instead — messaging ends immediately, your membership continues.
Can't reach your gym, or they don't act? Email us at [email protected] with the business's name and the phone number you use with them. We will pass your request to the business and confirm when it is done.
Records the law requires the business to keep (such as payment records) are kept only as long as required — everything else goes.

If you run a business using Actraxa

To close your account and delete your gym's data — members, templates, message logs, schedules, everything — contact [email protected]. We complete deletion within 30 days of closure, subject only to records the law requires us or you to keep (listed explicitly at deletion time, never silently). Your contractual deletion rights and timelines are in Schedule B of your signed agreement.

About copies on WhatsApp itself

Deleting data from Actraxa removes our copy. Messages already delivered through WhatsApp exist on Meta's servers and on the participants' own devices under Meta's controls; if you want those gone too, Meta's own account settings are the way to do that. Every Actraxa message flow honours opt-out (STOP) immediately regardless.
